Members of the Everyday Lives in War centre recently travelled to Birmingham to meet with our colleagues from the other four First World War engagement centres. The purpose of the trip was to continue the conversation that began at last year’s Connected Communities Festival in Cardiff, to update each other on our recent activities, and to discuss future plans. The two days of discussion proved very productive, and we have all come away energised and with plenty of new ideas to pursue.
We were delighted to also be joined by some of the team from History Pin, a collaborative online platform with which all five centres are engaged. You can read their review of events here.
