This session with Cyril Pearce will be an opportunity for anyone who has been researching or telling the story of the First World War resisters (locally or nationally – or in other countries) to share their discoveries.
As the First World War centenary draws to a close let’s ‘join up the dots’ between CO projects across the UK (and further afield) and look at the ‘big picture’. We will also be looking forward and considering future possible projects – including further funding opportunities, blue plaques, a long-term home for the Pearce Register and a national CO monument proposal.
This session may also be of interest to descendants of WW1 COs and those looking to research COs in the future.
Saturday 27th April, 15.00 – 16.30, M Shed Studio 1
