This creative writing workshop led by poet, Chris Tutton, takes inspiration from the courage of those who refused conscription during the Great War. By looking at original documents in the archive you will discover what these men risked  in order stay true to their beliefs and sense of self.  Look within yourself and find expression for the ideas and values that you hold true.

The workshop costs £20.00 per person and is taking place on Monday 9 May from 2pm-4pm at the Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies centre in Hertford.
